This paper provides a current overarching review of several commonly used carbon nanomaterials applied within cementitious composites. It reviews the typical weight percentages mixes from researchers in field and assesses application these on mechanical properties. Mechanical properties covered include compressive strength, flexural strength tensile as well elastic modulus. was clear this extensive but initial that dispersion methods techniques during mixing not only influenced also mixes. leads to further measurement order gain insight into best approach take. The effect quantities raised an interesting, last pricing comparisons (2020) development cost-to -weight ratio better evaluate compare between options cost perspective. Recommendations include; low percentage graphene oxide improvement compared with other nanomaterials; Use superplasticiser such ADVA 210 aid dispersion; use ultra-sonication for short cycle improve finally, mixed mode which includes scanning electron microscope (SEM) + ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy (UV–Vis) testing at solution phase after 28 days.
